Studio Katia December 2017 Release Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to Studio Katia`s December 2017 Release Blog Hop
You are here from Kathy Racoosin`s blog and now my turn to introduce my projects for today.
I am so honored to be a part of this hop. Yay!
And our newest release has arrived and available for purchase!

For today I have prepared two projects. Let's look at them.
It's a card and 3 Valentine tags.

I'd like to share a flap fold love card. I used the Kobi's Hugs & Kisses stamp set from the new release, and combined them with the new Dotted Patterns: Mini Tags 1 Die-namics.

As always I started with preparing all details of the card. I stamped and colored this super cute stamps, cut them all.
The last step was to make the shaker background: I cut a doily in the middle of the card base and folded it into 2 parts. Then I sponged it with two shades of pink inks, added a scallop border cut (using  Dotted Patterns: Scallop Frame | Creative Dies) along the bottom edge of the front. Then I added multi-colored splashes of watercolor. So my background began to look festive. After I embellished it with the images from the Kobi's Hugs & Kisses | Clear Stamp Set
Lastly I made a shaker. I cut in the middle of the doily heart shape using new Dotted Patterns: Mini Tags 1 | Creative Dies  and filled the window with Iridescent Hearts | Crystals and Cupid's Kiss Crystals | Mix. Shaker I glued on the empty space to the top of the card.
Sentiment "I love you" is taken from the And the Fox Says stamp set.

When the card is opened...

In addition to the card I made a super quick Valentine tags, which my son then give it to his girlfriends.

You are so beary sweet fiancee` card. Heffy Doodle stamps

Hello my friends. Today I am on the Heffy Doodle stamps blog show you my new card with romantic Beary Big Heart Stamp Set. The idea of card was inspired by a sentiment with the word in the French. So I decided that my bear groom will be waiting for his love against the background of Paris. Every girl dreams about it, isn’t it?

I started working on my card by stamping, coloring and cut out the images. I colored images using Copic markers.  After my coloring was done, I added some details with my white gel pen. To create the background panel I decided to use red color of Hero Arts ink – Strawberry. I find it super easy to add ‘shining’ to my card. So I used the sun rays stencil on the background. On top of the background I glued the silhouette of Paris, which is too toned in red – the color of love. Then I added the grass. Next, I foam mounted my images and also stamped a sentiment – “You are so beary sweet fiancee`”. Lastly, I embellished this project using Crystal Clear Fusion from Studio Katia. This finished up the card!

Thank you so much for joining me! See you next time.

Floral Trimmings. Studio Katia preview week

Hello friends.
This week over at Studio Katia we’re previewing products from the upcoming release.
And the product I’m focusing on today is beautiful Floral Trimmings Stamp Set.
Floral Trimmings Stamp Set.

This is absolutely unique stamp set which you can position as you like to achieve the effect. It is simply impossible not to fall in love it!

I started working on my card by heat embossing floral trimmings in Hero Arts white embossing powder. Next, I colored images with Zig markers. I really wanted to make a spring card. So I took delicate and bright colors: blue, yellow, pink, pale pink, green and light green, mint. All together they look great and create a pleasant mood.
Then I stamped “You're so wonderful” sentiment using black ink onto my cardstock.
Once my background was finished I added some Mint Dream Crystals mix - will be available on Friday, December 15th at 8am EST.

Thank you for your attention and see you tomorrow!

2017 Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop! | Coffe Loving Cardmakers with Studio Katia

Today I'm playing along with the WINTER Coffee Lovers Blog hop!

There are going to be TONS of fun prizes too -
including a $25 store credit from us at Studio Katia!
You can head over to the Coffee Lovers Blog for more details on how to play along!

And here's what I created:

I used our  new stamp set, which will appear in our new release December 15 (yes, it's sneak peek) to create a fun cofee card. This set of stamps has a whole bunch of cute images on  the coffee theme and it's always hard to decide which one to use!
So I carefully picked my stamp images. I colored them with copics and trimmed them out with the coordinating Die Set.

Then I did a cupboard using Stitched Creative Window Dies. I also gave it the wood texture for greater realism. I gathered a shaker that filled with Crystal Rainbow Confetti and Gold Dust Seed Beads . But I left the centre with a hinged door. The top and the bottom are shelves on which are placed the mugs and teacups. And in the closet inside all the brewing coffee.
Then I put that design on the base. Added the sentiment, the continuation of which can be seen opening the door. It sounds like this: We belong together, but first Coffee.

Hope you enjoyed my coffee card today!

25 Day's of Christmas Tags with Studio Katia

Hello and welcome to the 7th annual 25 Days of Christmas Tags by Tracey McNeely.
I am very happy to be joining this event for the first time.

Here are the sponsors.

And here are my tags

Christmas for me is always light, the rustle of the snow, bright traditional colors - red, green and blue. So I made shaker-tags.

For my tags I combined two stamp sets - Friends of winter & Winter Kobi. I stamped and colored the cute images. Then I cut three shaker tags - Nested Squares Creative Dies + Fancy Square Creative Dies. And filled them with Tropical Forest FusionPink Winter FusionWinter Wonderland Fusion sequins, Ocean Wave Crystals Mix3MM Iridescent Veil Sequins  and Silver Dust seed beads. Then I pasted pictures from above. The sentiment is from Happy Stamp Set. That is all!

Here, each tag separately.

Thank you for stopping by!
